HearNYC aimed to capture rumblings of everyday nuances that uniquely make New York, New York. For example, a bicycle swooshing through fifth avenue New York, won’t be the same as a bicycle swooshing through fifth street Washington D.C.
The app takes you through the unique sounds of the city paired with related pictures. Ultimately it would be a crowd-sourced sound collection.
